Lack of enthusiasm but little sobriety in temperament. This can reflect in many aggressions that may appear. Political agendas may be high. Conservative approach may be visible at individual level especially pertaining to finances. Stormy conditions. Mixing of the warm and the cold inputs. Destructive and disruptive energies will be seen. Much formal support and management of transportation things by authorities. South East Asia, Pacific and Eastern & Western Americas. A general sense of preparedness should be helpful.
